It is important that the choir looks uniform for concerts, therefore I am setting up these guidelines for concerts. If there is a serious issue with obtaining any of these items, please talk to me privately before or after class before the concert, not after. A concert is a formal event and the clothing that you wear should also be formal in nature. You should be thinking DRESS YOUR BEST for a concert!!!


ALL: Black pants or black skirt and a solid white color top. Black socks and shoes.


Anyone who does not follow these guidelines will be setting themselves up to lose points on their concert grade.

ALWAYS:

-PLEASE DO NOT USE STRONG SCENTED BODY SPRAYS or PERFUMES. Some people have allergic reactions to sprays such as these and in a concert situation, this can cause serious problems with breathing to sing.

-Earrings should be studs only. NO DANGLING EARRINGS.

-No necklaces or dangling jewelry on the wrists or ankles.

-NO CELL PHONES OR BEEPING WATCHES – silence them during a performance.
